2nd day of wedding photoshoot prices...

Hello there,

How much do you guys charge for a second day of shooting after the wedding? Let's say going to a major city and few other spots. Nothing special just a bunch of candid and portrait style shots...

My friend's friend asked me to shoot their second day after the wedding, (they have someone else photograph the wedding day) and I am not sure how much to charge.

I have done a few weddings this year and couple engagement sessions.

I've not encountered this, but I do have a 100.00 an hour extra for other things so I think that is where I would go with that one...OR add in that time and include it in your package.

how fun! the couple will be nice and relaxed and you can have plenty of time with them! i don't know how much to charge either just thought i'd express how fun it could be :-)

I don't get out of bed for less than NZ$250/hr (US$200/hr or so), as an add-on to an existing package I might give a discount.

Yeah, go hourly rate... that's what I do. I charge $300 an hour up till it hits my basic day rate of $3000, then it stays at $3000. Unless they want another day again (i.e. Indian weddings).
