Maybe it is just me, but I don't see any pictures here.

I see the pics. They a bit flat though, maybe a levels adjustment would make them really pop?

Pictures from history, as stated they are flat. Definitely built when we didn't care about pollution.

Thanks for post and letting us see some old time rail pictures, just a shame there not just a little bit brighter.

Ah, see the pictures now. I was at work before and now I am home. Nice set.

Okay, I think the problem was that I uploaded them as AdobeRGBs and not sRGB... I converted the profiles and reloaded. Let me know if they appear better to you now. Thanks for looking!

Interesting sequence. Looks like a fun ride to the top and back.

Love these shots. But I like anything dealing with the RR.

I like #6 the most. It has a real intrepid feeling to it.

Thank you all... It was a trip I always wanted to do and finally took the plunge... (my wife didn't want to hike it!! LOL) So... It was a fun day and quite interesting. The most interesting thing to me was the angles of the seats, not so comfortable on flat ground, but perfectly angled for the climb and also the decent. Also the Jacob's Ladder was a trestle climb up about 40 feet I believe while turning left. Oh and notice the snow, it was below freezing at the top... I believe in the 60's/70's at the bottom.
