and headed on over to the Bristol Renaissance Faire (WI) this weekend. Met some of the Chicago POTNers too!
After hanging around night-time music stages most of the summer, I almost forgot how to shoot iso 100! In and out of shadows on a bright sunny day, glad I brought my flash! I think these can be considered Performing Arts?

Love #1! How long did that girl spend on her makeup? Looks great, though!
regards,
/alan
PS What kind of renaissance character is she portraying?

Great subjects, composition and IQ...
I'd consider a slight trim on the right side in #2.

Thanks for your input Alan.
They called these characters Fantasticals??? I call them Faires? I have some others that have even more makeup than her but she was the most expressive.

I don't think I can crop too much from the right side. That purple thing is her wing.
Thanks for the comments john, Transendence, and Zeinith

First is nice: The motion adds to the image.

Thanks Rene
She was constant motion. The others just kind of froze into poses, but the blue girl kept moving and changing expressions. I'm going to post a few more this weekend.
