My uneducated opinion is that:

1) It seems very busy. Hard to pick one subject to focus on. Maybe if we could see more of the bum and it was a tighter shot of him.
2) Seems a bit over processed.

I like it.

I would desaturate those blues.........a tad distracting.

I would desaturate the whole thing.

It would have been better if I hadn't had the ISO so high. But I've
learned a couple of important things from these Asbury Park pictures,
namely, to press the shutter button halfway and allow the lens time to
focus. I haven't been doing that to date, and I think it's causing the
exposure to shake, even with IS on. You can easily tell where it's been
over-sharpened, too.
