It's Kurt the newbie again... just some random shots of my car. I know they're not fantastic, but the lighting stunk this morning.

Thanks for replying. The pictures are untouched... I don't have any sort of editing program yet.

Hey man, fancy seeing you on here. Hopefully I'll get halfway as good as some of you guys in this photography thing.

I think #2 is prob the best. #1 has a light pole growing out of the windshield (makes it look like a huge antenna). And #3 you can see a lot of reflections in the paint of nearby buildings. In number 2 there aren't really any distracting backgrounds, or reflections (but you should probably keep the mountain dew can outta there;). I recently read a thread on here I think it was called: "A few car lighting tips" (?) but im not really sure do a search and you should find it. It was very helpful.

The light on the 1st one is pretty nice, with a very tasteful placement of the light poles, too. :D
Keep at it, & be sure to look at everything in the viewfinder!!

Hey guys, thanks for the advice. Like I said, the first shots there were rather experimental. I know I can do better than that. If you don't mind... I'm gonna post a few pictures from way lesser cameras to (hopefully?) prove my point.
Lousy camera, but no Moutain Dew can!
