They all seem to lack a bit of punch, your pp is very flat looking and over done, an example is 6 that ring shot should leap out at you with the colours in stead its totally plain
Sorry if I seem harsh.

That's what I was looking for! This is the first time posting wedding pictures here and my first time using an "advanced" PP program (Lightroom), so the more C&C the better.
What would you suggest for the flower picture to make it pop?

This was just a quick play in lightroom,
exposure your main problem.
contrast
blue chanel boost
green chanel boost
and general playing about.

Thanks Martin! That is quite the difference! If I can be a nuisance, can you eleaborate on "general playing about?" Your edit is much better than mine, and if I can learn your method it would be appreciated!

No problem.
Exposure was well under if you open your picture i had to up it by 1.65.
Contrast was about 18
Clarity around 38 ish
Vibrance and Saturation about 8
Blue saturation channel 40
Green saturation channel 20
Yellow " " 11
I would then have sharpened it in cs2. or if printing from lightroom used the medium setting.
I am by no way an expert at this but I hope these simple directions help.

Thank you very much Martin! I will try to replicate your steps on this image (and others!) when I get home.

I agree. The good thing is that the shots are great. 1,2,7,8 are great. I don't think much is needed. The others just need a bit of curves.
