Just to share these cats seen at a recent show. Not the best of images but still showing how the cars have changed.

The first one is I believe an XK150 FHC and the second one is the XK220 ~ both these cars are rare for different reasons :) But still sleek beauties.

They were not going especially fast IMO but they were one heck of a long way away (this was a combined wings & wheels show and the cars were using the runway so the viewing line was way back to suit the flightline safety distance) and these are cropped somewhat.

Thanks, I noticed that after prepping them to show here and to be frank I need to go back and look at the originals and see just how different they are as full size images as the result of cropping etc is totally unintentional :D

these are both beautiful cars, its too bad I wasn't around when the XK150 FHC was roaming the roads, I'm a little too young for that!
