Those contemplating setting up a gallery may like to know that Digital Camera magazine (UK only I think - unless you can get it in the US too) this month has a free copy of Net Objects Fusion 7, a very easy WYSYWIG web design tool. It has a built in gallery maker.
I created this in about an hour using some images that were already sized for the web.
