Cant post pics

I know that I ma new to this but have tried several ways to post pics and cant find info on how to do it. I'm using a Mac browsing with Safari.
Any direction would be great. I realize that this will have been covered a million times before.

Check this FAQ (http://photography-on-the.net/forum/showthread.php?t=290249). If you're trying to post in Glamour and Nudes, there are additional restrictions spelled out in that forum's rules.
