AIPP vs ACMP - can any Aussies advise?

I'm considering joining one of the two professional photographer bodies in Australia either the Australian Institute of Professional Photographers (AIPP) or Australian Commercial and Media Photographers (ACMP).

I'm wondering if anyone is a member of either (or both) and what benefits they find most useful from being a member.

I'm interested in how good either organisation is in acting as an advocate for members especially in matters to do with copyright or restriction of trade matters.

other than ACMP being a little more specific in who they cater for they also seem to be a little less strict in their criteria to AIPP, other than that the only benefits i can see is that people can source professional photogs via that with the reassurance they are capabale, professional and will deliver quality work
