Charles, This is a mixture of three images! You can probably pick out the three by looking at the image, but they are, the balloon, moon and sky/background. I used CS2 to get the images isolated, played with curves and used some filters. Then when I got the image I wanted I turned it into a painting and added the texture and frame.
