Traveling to New England soon

I am planning a trip to New England in October to reunite with my father that I have not seen in 26+ years and many other long lost Aunts, Uncles, Cousins and Brothers that I last saw as a young child. I am excited that they all live in a place filled with some great photographic opportunities I will be spending time on Cape Cod and in New Hampshire near the White Mountains and any location tips would be greatly appreciated I am most interested in landscape and nature photography.

I love the Cape. Where will you be at the Cape? New Hampshire is beautiful as well and hopefully you'll get to see some great tree color as it will be fall. I'm jealous. I spent 20 years in Boston.

The Kancamagus trail (Rt 112 in NH) would be a good bet. Diana's Baths, a series of waterfalls in the area, is also a great location. That's a full day right there.
