Beach in Maine

Hi all. This will be my first post in the Travel & Landscape forum... so lets see how I do! These pictures were from when I was up in Maine a couple weeks ago. C&C welcome!

The second one with the walk way is great. The first, I am a bit undecided on.

I love he second one. The first, the chair doesn't stand out enough for me...a lower angle on it maybe? Which beach was it? We were in Maine in May, I love the place.

Both kinda too "centered" for me. Maybe a different angle on both?

I agree on the too centered. I've seen that "empty lifeguard chair" shot and have taken it myself, but found it must be from a different perspective or it's just a wooden structure.

I really like the composition of the second shot, because you've got the walkway leading your eye through the photo and, coincidentally, the clouds appear to be doing the same. Good eye to catch that! It may be my crappy monitor, but they do both look a bit over-exposed to me. Thanks for sharing.
