Hi

I'm due to fly to Oz in a couple of weeks and need a new bag to take as carry on luggage. I'll be taking a 1D body along with EF 300 f2.8, EF 24-70, EF 70-200f2.8, EF converters and a sigma 180 and flash unit, cards etc. My tripod and heads will be my main luggage.

What bag would you recommend. I've so far looked (on the net) at Lowepro's Vertex 300 (but I'm not sure if it will take all the above gear) & the naturetrekker II.

Any advice would be gratefully appreciated.

Regards

Am I the only one wondering if you'll get all that in a carry-on - especially the 300mm f/2.8?

Beware - lists of bags that say they're suitable for carry-on may meet the requirements for US domestic flights, but size limits on international flights tend to be rather smaller. I have a feeling that you'll finish up overweight for your carry-on allowance too. Check with the airline(s) that you're using what the limits are.

Has anyone got any more hopeful ideas?
