canon's orignal products like the adapter and the
tele converter?

The Oly B-300 is hard to find anywhere!
If you are having trouble finding a Lensmate adapter, try the filter connection at www.2filter.com. They have inexpensive aluminum Kenko adapters for the G1 in various thread sizes (49mm like the Lensmate, 52mm, 58mm like the Canon) and they will ship internationally. I think www.photofilter.com will also ship outside the U.S., but I'm not sure.
I haven't used Canon's add-ons, but their adapter is plastic and costs more than the aluminum alternatives.
This site compares a number of different tele- and wide- lenses on the G1.

Also, here are some shots using the Canon 1D and Kenko 2x and 3x teleconverters. I have no idea how well they would work on the G1, but Kenkos are very reasonably priced.

Anyone use Kenko lenses on the G1? Please share your experience.
