What is a good website that will host my images and also allow people to order prints at a price that *I* set? Thanks in advance!
It's also important that the prints can't be copied/saved.

Exposure Manager, check it out. They have great tech support, flexability in design, You can have different prices for different galeries, As you set up your prices they show what your profit would be. They offer a range of products besides just prints. They print you copyright info on the back of the prints and you can remove their name from the site for your branding.
You can get a 15 day trail before they bill you, use the lower link and get us both a discount.

I started using photobiz.com back in June. I have found it to be a great image hosting site. I can use the prices I want and can password protect the pictures. I also get a website with the hosting. I looked at lots of places and picked this one. It works for my needs. Take a look.

What are the different ones you can host yourself - rather than having someone take a cut and only pay you once a month?

I would think that any site you set up can take sales, but for the 10% that Exposure Manager takes from me they handle the following:
(annual cost is about $85, on top of the 10% plus the domain I chose. They will supply you a domain if you wish but it includes their name.)
Credit card orders, without any additional fees.
If you do it yourself, the Credit card companies take a percentage from you. Some banks will even charge a monthly fee, even if you do not have any sales, usually $5 a month, It's hard although possible to find a bank that will not charge the monthly fee. Also no worry about bad cards.
Shipping & Handling
They charge the shipping rather than you and you do not have to package and mail the prints/products.
Branding
They will send out the print with your return address.
Sales Tax
If they are not in your state, customers are not charged tax. (This could change with tax laws)
You can have a mix of Pro (Them) and Self fulfillment of orders.
The steps I have have to do are:
Upload images to the galleries, They resize them for the web and add my © to the face of it ,at the opacity and location I say.
When an order is placed, I upload the full res file, they print and ship it.
There is an option for them to use the full res rather than resize for the web, but I prefer the safety of small files displayed.
Collect my monthly check. :)
Best of luck whichever way you decide to go

You might also check out www.on3galleries.com. I've never used them, but this guy is a member of another forum that I frequent. He is very friendly and helpful. I haven't used any of his yet, but from what he tells me you can customize it fairly easily with your own pricelist and you are not required to use a specific lab like some other sites. You can use any lab you choose. I believe there is a sample gallery on the website that you can check out to get a feel for it.
