Saturday was a choice between BTCC at Knockhill, or the very attractive thought of some Classic Touring Cars at Donington. However i liked the idea of coming home with 4 wheels on the car, so Knockhill won. (would insert smiley but it counts as an image hah! )
Now, i've never been to Knockhill before, as my jabs & passport weren't up to date, but i took the chance and went anyway, so apologies for the limited number of angles...
1.
Mike Jordan and his lovely Integra. It certainly looks better than its old Team Halfords Orange ever did..

2.
Jason Plato on a flying lap with lights ablaze. It's good to finally see him cutting down on the bumping & barging and using his head.

3.
Alan Taylor in the car Simon Blanckley used before withdrawing from the BTCC...not the best start to his BTCC career as a later collision with Tom Chilton's Vectra saw the Integra short of a rear wheel..

4.
The aforementioned Integra...minus 1 wheel

6.
Mat Jackson's ex Andy Priaulx WTCC car, freshly re-built after the huge Brands smash that caused a lot of damage and Steve Neal's mouth to go into overdrive..

Same car lifting a front wheel under hard cornering.

8.
I don't do many rear-end shots, so here's Mike Jordan doing a bit of kerb-hopping.

Kit used was the 1DMK2N with the old faithful Sigma 120-300 and 2x TC. Weather ranged from glorious sunshine to pouring rain...but it is Scotland after all !
Thanks for looking in, i'll post some support race stuff soon. Comment away as you see fit.
