You can also get them for a stunningly low price new!
I had one for awhile.I don't really mind low priced telezooms but this one was abit too bad for my liking-not many of the shots looked great and most were just not good enough. :cry:

I have used several of the cheap telezoom models and now consider the 75-300 canon to be the bare minimum to consider.It's by no means great but enough of the shots look good enough to be happy with.

The next rung up are the canon 100-300 and sigma 70-300 apo macro super II
Above that you get into the seriously sharp pro zooms that will stun nearly any fussy owner :D
