Buzzing when LCD is on

Hi,

Ive got a new G2 and after 1 hr of use it has started making a low buzzing every 2 sec or so, but only when the LCD is lit, sounds and feels a bit like the zoom going in and out. Happens with charged battery and doesnt matter what you point at. Is this a common problem, has anyone else had this happen?

you have the factory default continuos focus setting on go to the menu and turn it off instead select single. Continous eats batterys and isnt even faster
