I recently got into photography earlier this year. Any comments or critiques are very much welcome.

A first time post...but definitely not a first time you tried your hand at macro photography. Careful framing and great use of depth of field, if you ask me.
One thing slightly bothering in the first picture; the three 'buttons' (is that how you call it? I'm not sure) entering the frame in the lower right corner. The image could do without.
Number two is a brilliant pic. Love the way the flower spreads across the frame. Nice depth of field too! Great job.

Both are stunning. I don't normally like flower pictures that much either, but these two are unique and beautiful.

Thanks for the comment. You know what I didn't even notice the three 'buttons' (I'm not even sure what those things are called either) in the first pic. I'll keep that in mind next time.

the top is great.
The bottom one is also good ,but it could be a little sharper.
Either way these are very good pics.
