ICC Profile Printing

I have been going a bit crazy lately trying to get my printer (who uses Fuji Frontier) to accurately print my images. They either come back too dark or lack the saturation that they have on my PC. My monitor is properly calibrated and they have an ICC profile, but unfortunately due to considerable budget constraints I do not have the full version of Photoshop. I am instead using PS Elements which does not support the use of ICC profiles. Can any one recommend another way or another program that would enable me to use their ICC profile and get an accurate match? Any help would be greatly appreciated!!

Picture Window Pro 3.5 (http://www.dl-c.com/Temp/) is a nice image editing program that fully supports color management with ICC profiles and 16-bit per channel editing.

Thanks Jesper, the program looks really good but $100 is quite a bit just to get ICC support. Are there any more affordable options out there?

PSE2 does recognize ICC profiles and when using your own printer you can use it as part of a fully color managed system. You select the Source and Output ICC profiles in Print Preview>More Options. Unfortunately there is no way in PSE2 to convert to a profile to send to an outside lab.
