P&S with Decent Video?

Can anyone recommend a good point and shoot (or at least on the small size) camera that also takes "better than the average bear" quality video? Looking for a second camera for my wife and video capability for a baby on the way...

Maybe something like the Canon TX1 or am I barking up the wrong tree?

Most of them take approximately standard TV-quality video, 640x480 pixels at 30 frames/sec.), and the current models will shoot until you fill the card at that resolution (about 1/2 hour on a 4 GB card); if you want more from Canon, the TX1 is about it.
