You need to stretch your budget a bit to get something like this (http://www.bhphotovideo.com/c/product/353322-REG/Bogen_Manfrotto__3021BPRO_Tripod_Black_with.html).
The tripod you linked to is not suitable for the heavier lenses. While its weight capacity rating shows that it will support the weight of the equipment you list (barely), it won't hold it steady.

The 3021BPRO is now the 055XPROB. Best price seems to be thru Adorama or Ace Photo
Adorama....> http://www.adorama.com/BG055XPROB.html ( $167.90 w free shipping )
and the 488RC2 ball head from Amazon ( $106.90 w free shipping )
Amazon....> http://www.amazon.com/Bogen-Manfrotto-488RC2-Rapid-Connect-System/dp/B00009R6N0/ref=pd_bbs_sr_1/103-6927743-3436620?ie=UTF8&s=electronics&qid=1189056592&sr=8-1
About the same price as B&H but you will save on the shipping and get the latest version of this series of tripods and the upgrades.

055XPROB is the way to go. No complaints here, and is sturdy enough to even be used as a weapon against any intruders...

You get what you pay for is never truer than with the quality of tripods.
I have the 3021bp for Macro / landscapes and a Gitzo 3540lsv for the big primes.
