Well just to brag/share a little bit, My wife and I went to the OSU game last Saturday. We had box seats and a parking pass that took us right next to the stadium. It was as easy as going to the movies. Not the usual trudging down to campus to fight the crowd. It's definitely the best way see an Ohio State game. Castered food, private bathroom etc. Ranks right up there with staying at home; very comfortable.
Here's a couple shots... not very good but you get the idea. The rest of them can be found here (http://www.flickr.com/photos/59968579@N00/sets/72157601846131042/)if anyones interested.

Very cool! Would love to shoot at the game. How did you get in with your camera? I thought they wouldn't let in detachable lenses?

They peered in my wifes purse and I offered my camera bag but they waved me in without a glance. I think allot of it had to do with the fact we were going into the suites which happens to be the same entrance as the press box. You enter on the west side of the stadium to a lobby with big elevators that take you right to the top. It was kind of surreal feeling... not the usual schlock to the shoe.
Unfortunately my longest lens is a 100mm macro. I lost some shots somehow too. Can't figure it out. I know I chimped them at the game. I had a decent 1st 2007 TD picture. I loaded them on to the PC at home but later noticed them missing. When I went to look at the CFcard they weren't there either.. I dunno. It's not like they're someones wedding shots so I'm not sweating it.

That is still a real shame that you can't find the "good ones" (touchdown). I'm sure it was an experience to remember. I hope you get more chances like that.

I might get another chance before the end of the season. Fingers crossed.

great shot.... Script Ohio is a thing of beauty :D. My favorite time for it is on Alumni Band Day when they do Quad Scripts... I used to get back for at least one home game every year but I haven't been back since 2003... there's nothing like a fall day in Columbus during football season.
OH!

OH!
This actually was Quad Scripts but it's hard to see the little ones. This shot has about 3 1/2 of them. I'd never seen that before. ( Quad)

The 'turf' this year is artificial.. first time (again) in many years. Don't miss it too much, your probably better off in Florida and you can always pick uop tthe game at some Buckeyes bar.
