Setting up server problems

I'm attempting to set up EE 1.22. After uploading files, I attempt to run setup and get a message "userhelper must be setuid root". I've tried every possible combination of database, server, and usernames that I know on this account but the message is always the same....


Could someone clarify what exactly goes in for servername, username, databasename, password? Thanks.

If you are new to EE, you should really install the latest version "EE 1.5 Release Candidate 4", it is the most upto date and has the most features.
