New event for me, It will be a runway show in the form of a "T" at night in a covered outside Market Not sure what the overhead lighting is but the lights seem to have very large bulbs. I plan to be at the center at the end of the runway and hopefully be able to shoot both ends of the "T" I have the Mk3 and a 20d,a 580 flash. as for lenses , I have the 100-400L ,17-40L, a 28-75 2.8 and a 50mm 1.8.(would a 85mm 1.8 be good?) Should I go for a high iso (I saw some 3200-6400 shots that looked pretty good under BAD light) and go with available light and get an edgy film like look, or run with the 580 with the 100-400L and use a lower iso? What are your thoughts on autofocus....center or ring of fire?single shot or low servo? I know that this is all hypothetical and everything will change when I get there, but I would like to have some sort of plan when I arrive! I would greatly appreciate hearing from people who do this on a regular basis and getting their thoughts?
thanks again.
