I came upon this field of poppies this summer and had to take a few shots. What do you think of this one?

Thanks.

I think it's a bit small to comment on. :)

Kenyc,

Thanks. I'm not sure how to make it bigger. Any tips?

Try using Photobucket.

Since it's an attachment you can resize it with your editor to be up to 800 pixels wide and then re-upload it. But it still has to be under 100K in size. if you enable image editing I can give a shot at resizing it for you. Actually I just took a look and if I blow it up it is not working due to lost resolution.

Yes, it's too small, but from what I can see, it looks like a winner. It will come down to focus (depth of field getting the foreground and background all in focus).

The composition looks well done. Some might suggest more trees showing.

Here's a dumb question.

How do I "enable image editing"?

Thanks.

At the top under "User CP" (on the blue bar).

Select "User Profile"

Under "Personal Information", select "Yes" under "image edit and repost permission".

I believe I've changed my profile to allow editing. Feel free to do what you think is best.

Thanks.

Yes, you have, but as I said, I tried making it larger and you wouldn't like the results. I think it's already been compressed such that you'd need to go back to the original to get a proper resized version.

Photoshop & PS Elements have a save for web feature where it will reduce the quality to fit the pic into a specified file size - in this case 100k. If you do this with the image 800pixels on the long side at 72dpi you should have a reasonable pic to post. Of course you can also post to another site and place a link here.
