I had a great time at Road Atlanta last weekend. There are some really good places for those without credentials to shoot from.

This was only my second time shooting road racing with a DSLR even though I have been going to them my whole life. C&C is welcome because I know I have a long way to go.

nice shots.. I had a blast, got sun burnt to hell but the price we pay. The Hayden recovery ride is priceless.

It seems to me that most motosports photographers prefer the tight crop shots but I like the racing action shots myself.

Maladin had a great weekend and I "almost" captured his emotion after winning both superbike races. Too bad I cut off his hand.:lol:

Yeah I agree, I am not a big fan of the tight crop stuff but is so popular I shoot both.

You should send the Tommy Hayden pics to RRW (roadracing world) and see if they want them. They do a "crash page" month. If you do send them I would recomend taking them down from here though.
