I have 3 Canon li-ion Batteries. My question is should i store one or should i be using it and just rotate the 3 everytime??

It would probably work best if you rotate them.
I intend to do that most of the time, but I also violate my own intentions.

Lithium batteries age over time via oxidation, and respond poorly to being fully discharged. It would seem best to continually rotate them.
