Pulled the finger out at last: www.northern-focus.com

Earlier this year I entered a photographic competition and they asked me what my website address was...I had already registered this domain but hadn't got the website together. With one thing and another (yeah, you know how it goes!) I never got round to doing this...until I found out that they are publishing one of my images in the award book and exhibiting it at the National Theatre in London. So it was time to get the finger out!

Here it is!

I looked at Smugmug, Zenfolio and some others and eventually decided on Clickpix. I liked the look of Smugmug, but over on this side of the pond it is really slow to load up.

I'd love to hear what you think.

Just made some alterations to make the site look a little better and added an "about". Section.

I'd very much appreciate any comments anyone has about the site.

I love it, it's fast to load and is simple.

Which shot is being published?

My only complaint is that in the "About" page, make the font slightly bigger and more grey less white. It's hard on the eyes after a minute.

Thanks for the feedback Nick - I've increased the font size a bit to make it easier to read ... its a bit a a trade off between readability and aesthetics :lol:
