If you're shooting in your house or on location do you have a section in your release form regarding any personal injury and or damage they may cause? I'm assuming home owners won't cover this if you're charging for the shoot.
I was just talking to a photog friend of mine and she just did a shoot with a family on the beach. She said one of the kids dislocated her shoulder after she instructed the mom to swing the kid by the arm. Got me thinking.

I have Public Liability which covers me in similar cases, but for the example above thats the parents fault, so if the tog said "jump off the cliff" and they did its his/her fault? dont think so.
If it was in a house and they fell over the home would need to cover it (check they have something first), if it was in my studio my studio insurance would cover it

Home insurance is one thing...
When you use the home as a business and someone gets electrocuted by an intergalactic junklight, that wouldn't be covered by home insurance.

Sounds like you need public liability insurance.
