Shot my first paid wedding on August 26th! Here is some of my favorites.
My hubby came along as second shooter and he was sooo good! We're a great team!
Please neglect the quality of the images due to posting restrictions.
I have a lot more to learn and found the bright sun very challenging but overall I am very pleased with the results.
Enjoy!
C&c welcome

Denise, looks pretty good to me!!
Hard to critique them like this, but I really like the top three images, the one of the groom in the center, and the bride and groom lower left corner.
Great job!

warning! Crappy shot ahead...
So here is an example of of my biggest challenge! The sun!!!! WOW!
Any fill flash tips or other tips to deal with the shadows!?
I had such a hard time with this! I need more practice with lighting and fill flash.

I would just meter for the sky and blast 'em with flash.

I really like the top 3. The one on the right is great. I have been trying to do the zoom thing and can't get it to work for me. Or did you do that in PS?
I'd be tempted to clone out what I think is the officiant's face in the bottom right as it's kind of distracting. Nice shots!

Blue sky brother is new to me since yesterday.. I notice the sky was cloudy , can you expand on what you would do in terms of metering and FEC?
To the OP, i love the first series you posted , well done. :)

For the example below, I pointed the camera at the clouds and adjusted my meter nubby just a click or 2 (not full stops) down from overexposure. Recomposed & let E-TTL do its thing. If I recall FEC was at 0.
