My GF and I had a session with the camera the other night and these are some of our favorites. Critique appreciated!

Right away in the first photo I was wondering if it was supposed to be a womans hand and a mans. 3 and 4 showed more clearly. I think I see what your were looking to achieve here, but I think it may have had more of an effect had there been a more drastic (for lack of better words) difference between the the masculinity of the mans hands and the femininity of the womans hands. Such as longer nails for her.
Good idea though.

Hmmmmm..................
..................................
If she was wearing a ring.............or a bracelet.............something to differentiate her hands from yours..................it seems that both hands belong to only one person.
Maybe include your blurred silhouette.................
................anything else to add from the frame would've given the photo more interest.

Ahhh... I appear to have caused some confusion. We were both taking pictures but all of the hands are mine..... Sixteen hands?! I sound like a GM freak   . Anyway....
Thanks for the comments. I like the idea of a silhouette in the background. Will give it a go sometime..

hands are very hard to capture just right.
the last two are distracting because of the light on the top. Most eyes roll toward the brighest point in the picture.
the first two look good. you might want to burn in slightly right below the thumb. but other than that, good tonal values

Thanks for the comments ryuwulf. However I don't know what you mean by burn in  . Could you explain a bit further please. Thanks!
