I am moving from my town of Lynchburg VA to louisvill here in the next year, and would like to leave behind my website. It has a #1 and #9 yahoo listing with a #4 and #10 google listing. I'm not trying to make a ton on it, but I think it would be a great help to an up-and-comer to have a website that alone will book them 14, $1500-$2000 weddings for the next summer. All they have to do is put up their own portfolio and take mine down (my portfolio is nothng super special). Have you ever heard of anyone doing this? (Hey, if your in the area, would you want it?) If so, what kinda things do you think would work. I was thinking about just direct emailing all the lower level photographers I could find the area and trying to set up consultations with the ones that are interested.
