I am looking for a background support and looking for sugestions. I am looking for a good support for my backgrounds, I have been just atatching them to the walls but not very professional looking and changing them is not easy. I am sure I will soon be trying some background paper also.
I want a decent system that is not too pricey. Holding more than one background would be nice but not a absolute have to have.
Any sugestions would be appreciated.

I am also looking to buy a support. Here are the two main ones I've been considering.
I'm leaning toward this one because it will hold paper as well and is cheaper. http://www.amvona.com/v7/shop/?page=shop/flypage&product_id=1012
And there's http://64.4.30.250/cgi-bin/linkrd?_lang=EN&lah=b626cfa5978924f73561c8c7af8b19 52&lat=1089739036&hm___action=http%3a%2f%2fwww%2eo wens%2doriginals%2ecom%2fResources%2fhksstands%2fh ks46%2ehtml
I thought this one a bit over priced and doesn't hold paper.

If you're just going to put it on a wall, & don't need to carry it around with you, here's an inexpensive solution:

(Don't get on me for the wallpaper! It came with the house.)

I've seen instructions for building a support system out of PVC. So, if you want to save $$$...
Otherwise, in my experience the lowest-priced, portable background support systems of reasonable quality are around $90-100. In this class, Savage and Photek are the popular brands. Each offers a setup consisting up two lightstands with an approx. 9' crossbar. I have the Savage Port-A-Stand (http://www.bhphotovideo.com/bnh/controller/home?O=productlist&A=details&Q=&sku=45653&is=REG). It's worked well for me so far. I think Calumet also sells a few kits under their name.
The second, higher class of systems are around $180 or so. Bogen/Manfrotto, Giottos, and Westcott offer systems in this range. The difference is mainly in the quality of the lightstands. After all, a crossbar is pretty much a crossbar. Actually, some crossbars can lock in place, while others telescope without locking into place.
