I know it can take a 1GB, but will it take a 2 or 3 or higher?

I'd guess at 2GB - 4GB and upwards requires FAT32 support, which I doubt is there in a camera that old.

Microdrives are basically a finished technology, as flash based CompactFlash cards are now so cheap. As the mechanical microdrives are more vulnerable than flash based cards, you may like to consider replacing any microdrives you're still using.

i picked up a 1gb extreme 2 (sandisk) for 19.99 at circuit city the other day. they had the 2gb for 39.99
