Does anyone know a website where I can get a large print of a panoramic photo ?

West Coast Imaging does excellent panoramas. They have a service called 'preflighted' prints. Basically, you send them a file, fully prepped to print. They have full instructions for how to do this.

They give you a great discount when you do it this way. A 12x18 is only $20.
