Manys the time ive tried to capture a turnstone on the beach they dart off as soon as they see you , well i couldnt believe my eyes last thursday i was sat on the quayside in padstow cornwall and they were walking on the harbour wall amongst the tourists.

Couple of brave birds could change the behaviour of all of them, as long as people leave them alone to walk around. Or start feeding them. :)
