...consider "Photo a Day" Project.
A lot of fun!
The rules are simple: One picture a day, let's say for a year... See if you can do it!

I've already considered doing this (a photo a day).
But then, after thinking again about it, I came to the conclusion, that if I really did it, I was forced to take a picture a day, but I guess that I can't, so I stopped the project even before beginning it.
Sometimes, I can take 300 pictures a day, just because I want to. I wander around, really searching for subjects, shooting them, even shooting things just like that. Then there are periods when I don't take one photo, periods of 1 week, two weeks.
Photographing for me is fun, doing something like 'a photo a day' would spoil that fun, because some days I would be forced to search for a subject, even If I wouldn't be in the mood, or other.

Yep, I understand your point of view :)
For me- it is a way to improove my photography, there are a lot of things to photograph even in your own house. It doesn't have to be a great photograph every time :) a lot of people reffer to the project as " hit or miss - one photo a day"
please, have a look at my galley: (keep in mind I'm doing photography for about 8 month and PAD for about 6month.

You would not believe how much I learned since starting the project.
If it's just a hobby for you, if you just take snapshots and do not really want to learn, skip the project. If you really serious about becoming a very versatile and techniqly skilled photographer, then do it! you will not regret!

Alon,
Just checked out your website. I really like your photos!
I like the idea with one photo a day, but not sure I'd be able to actually keep that up. I'm trying to take pics at least once a week...
