OMG I'm so frustrated...I've had years of incredible service with this place until an order I placed 2 weeks ago went haywire. Basically ordered an amp, guitar and a couple other items.
Still waiting on the guitar, called em for the third time and they said something about my order getting lost and the soonest the guitar can ship out is a week and a half from now.....they also said my amp shipped out today, which is funny because I got it a week ago. On the website it says "being packed"....
grrrr, supposedly they "changed warehouses" and a bunch of orders got messed up.
So I cancelled the guitar part of the order and they just lost a loyal customer. I urge you not to mess with that website anytime soon, until they get the "warehouse change" snafu cleared up anyway!
So any other guitarists know a good website I can browse for an axe? I would try to shop local but I'm US military stationed in Germany but the euro/dollar rate is horrendous lately..... and shopping local is a pain in the butt. Then again, come to think of it...so is online shopping lately...
anyway, what's yer favorite site to buy axes online?
