I just wanted to say thanks and congratulations to everyone who helped upgrade the servers a few weeks ago (maybe it was longer). The forums have been much smoother to use. Not once have I gotten a "server too busy" error as before.

Great work! I'm one happy user. :D

I want to add my thanks also. I know you guys work hard to keep things running and our meager donations are probably small compensation for information that is no less than golden in it's value. It is well appreciated. - Stu

Well, I still get server timeouts. There is another server in Florida I connect to from here and I don't have problems with that one at all.

Apart from the 6:30pm timeout (local time here - when a POTN backup appears to be running) I can get 3 or 4 timeouts a day.

I just figured it was a tongue-in-cheek method employed to reduce my time browsing :)

Maybe they are DNS timeouts, or ISP problems. This server has not had any timeouts logged.
