Tried to get the softened effect on the water.

The leaves are a little over-exposed IMO. Can some PP be applied in that area alone? Would I have to do some masking in PS?

Feedback appreciated :)

The easiest (but not necessarily nicest-looking) solution would be to simply use the burn took on the overexposed parts of the picture. To be safe, I would make a duplicate layer of the picture and do the burning on that layer. It won't do the absolute best job of keeping things looking natural, but if you're subtle it shouldn't stand out too much. My 2 second attempt at burning the image tells me that you have not lost the information on the leaves, so they can be toned down.

If you have ACR, I would decrease exposure a bit, then add some fill light. If you go overboard the image will turn flat on you.
