How did you setup your photography business? LLC, S or C?

I'm looking to start turning this sometimes paid hobby into a bit more of a business and am looking to see what other's are doing. I'm leaning toward the LLC to keep my personal assets apart from the business but still get some of the S corp tax advantages.

I too would like to get some insight on this matter. I am not at that pont yet, but one day I plan to be. And frankly I have not a single clue as to what way to go or how to get there.

But I do know that separate is good.

If you arent looking for a loan and wont need to give personal guarrantee on anything, I dont see a problem with sole.
