I have a couple of old lenses, from mid-80's and wonder if anybody know anything about them.
They are 35-70 and 70-210. They work very fine if you ask me. However, i don't have a reference point to compare them to.
Shall i keep them? what do you think

Because they're old lenses, they actually show up at photodo.com. According to their database, these two lenses are mediocre. OTOH, if you happy with the results, there's no need to change. You gotta ask yourself before you start looking if you are prepared to spend money.

Thanks for the research,
Money is not an issue. It's just a nostalgic thing. From the time I bought the first EOS model (EOS 650).

I don't know the 35-70. But there's two 70-210 lens. The 70-210/3.5-4.5 is a better one (and "quite" fast in autofocus). If you want to upgrade to L lens or primes with this lens, just go ahead. Otherwise, it'd be better to keep it.

In other words, it time to upgrade to something better.
And the shopping fun begins.

Congrats catastrophe on your new 10D
How do you find the 35-70, do you like it.
I remember when the EOS 650 first came out, i thought it was very advanced camera, but now it seems sooo basic.
