I'd pick number 3, except I'd clone the sailboat out.

Number # 3 too, and yah agree with the boat has to be cloned out. and honestly (I know I am really bad) the official kind of scary a little bit. I am sorry. (I will go onto the corner now)

2, the expression and pose is better. In three it looks like she is pulling away from him and she has a sailboat coming out of her face (which can obviously be cloned out :)).

3 but without the sailboat.
By 'bracketing, do you mean that you're bracketing for exposures or that you're machine gunning and then looking for the best expression (the 2nd time I've heard of this lately)?
If it's the latter, I'd suggest you're shooting and processing will be a lot easier if you hold the camera and wait for the expressions - there's a reason everyone else does this.
Even when shooting sports the quality of the shots goes up if I shoot peak action rather than machine gunning, it's a gamble - even at 10fps that'd be 90 missed shots per second at 1/100sec.

I like her expression better in the first two.

The bride's expression is great in #2, in #1 you can't see it as well (and I'd add some fill light to #2 anyway) and in #3 she looks a little weird.
