Pekka lists exposure correction on many of the pics in his gallery...
Does anyone know what he uses to accomplish that? I'm assuming it's a post-process adjustment, but for the life of me, I can't figure out where in the workflow it happens...
Thanks...

Photoshop Levels is an excellent way to correct for exposure errors. Photoshop 7 even has an Auto Levels that works well.
I was in a very dark display area and taking pictures in ISO1600 for existing light and ISO200 for flash. In one shot, I forgot to reset to ISO1600 for a shot without flash and when I downloaded the image, it was totally black. I ran it through Auto Levels and the image popped right out. After a little touchup with curves, it wasn't half bad.

He's referring to the adjusted EV setting he has made in the camera (eg +1/3).
