Kingfisher On the Wire

I can't seem to get a good one in natural Environment. Maybe the wire is his Element!!

I'm happy with any Kingfisher shots.....its just nice to get close once in a while. I like the way the grey/blue sky's matches the bird's colouration. Very nice shot, as always, Gary.

It was pretty early This morning, Actually I went out to get some Whitetail Fawn pictures. 3 does and no fawns seen.

Great catch Gary. Wires are new in the scheme of things, so it's probably not his element, but these guys are smart enough to see the advantage of a nice stable perch over water. :lol:

That is it Mitch, He has a Perch that he uses and I setup on, but often times he just uses the Power wire.

Nice pose and details and great exposure. I think this shot would look good in a square format as well.
