Could someone tell me what happened to this option when I log in?

I believe it is only found on the main index page. (3 lines above the column headers)

And it is only available with logged in. (You posted as guest so I am not sure if You actually logged in).

And yes as Belmondo says it is only available on the index page in the right side just above the index listing.
