I like the first one over the second for sure. It would have been neat to turn the headphones to show the creative logo as well.

Fantastic mp3 player as well. Say no to ipods!

First one is the best. I'd suggest if you want to do something like the 2nd, have the player laying down and do an angle shot, but keep the headphones in front.
