So i've been waiting for 4 days now for my 2nd day air UPS shipped 50mm f/1.8 :lol: cannot wait any longer, im about to snap..and the worst part is its been in Dallas (my city) for 2 days now..

UPS doesn't charge for storage or travel mileage when they decide to let your package ride around the town for a few days in their truck before delivery. :lol: It's tough to look at the tracking information and see that it's been out for delivery all day and is now back at the warehouse... :cry:

Hey, I just got a 50 1.8 yesterday... Mine actually came in 2 days though. Sorry to hear about your extended wait. I've shot a little bit with it at a party last night and a little more this morning and I have to say that I am totally impressed. I love this little lens even more when I remember that it cost me $75! Let me know what you think of yours.

I also got the Tamron 28-75 2.8 XR Di yesterday. I haven't played with that one quite as much yet, but I'm pretty happy with both purchases so far. I'm thinking of going outside here in a little bit and playing with some night shots with both lenses.
